From the Far Side of the Desk, Issue 30
Greetings my fellow lovers-of-the-written-word, and welcome to Issue 30 of Trajectory. So hard for me to wrap my mind around the fact that Team Trajectory has been producing a semi-annual literary journal for fifteen years. What wonderful writers, and nice people, we have been able to publish. To all who have submitted and supported our efforts my staff and I are eternally grateful.
Highlights:
One of the elements I particularly like about Issue 30 is the wonderful, balanced blend of poetry and short stories it contains. Some literary reviews or journals seem to me to be a bit one-sided in their offerings, but, at least in this issue, I think we have a pleasant, effective mix, including a piece of flash-fiction, a nice creative writing non-fiction work, and even an essay. I do hope you enjoy every piece.
As I said, it’s a wonderful blend of fiction and poetry, and it is also a nice blend of old friends and new writers. Among our old Trajectory faves who have work in this issue are Cathy Porter, Morgan Smith, Paula Yup, Dana Stamps II, Brian James Lewis, Alan Catlin, and Brian Daldorph. Newcomers include Dustin Cole, Ben Onachila, Wes Lee, and John Attanas.
