Purchase Issue 19
From the Far Side of the Desk
Welcome to Issue 19. I hope each of you had a wonderful summer and fall, full of good health, good friends, and good reading. What have I been reading? Well, in addition to Trajectory submissions and the usual bevy of journals and reviews to which I subscribe or received as a result of entering a contest, I’ve read fiction, non-fiction, and poetry. Some were good, some were okay, and some were awful! One new short story collection I just finished that I do recommend is Everything Inside, by Edwidge Danticat. One I’m really looking forward to is Rion Amilcar Scott’s The World Doesn’t Require You. I’ll let you know.
Turning to this issue, I know it’s going to be one of your faves. We’ve got new writers (Paul Sohar and Vivian Kelly), lots of old favorites (Brian Daldorph, Dana Stamps II, Cathy Porter, Rod Farmer, and many others), new stories and poems (from Joe Taylor, Ted Jonathan, Howard Wolf, Lynn Elwell Alan Catlin, and others), Ben Terry returns after a too long absence, and we have another unique poetry presentation special from David Pointer. Please enjoy.
As always, please feel free to write Trajectory with any comments, criticisms, or compliments you might have. You can reach us at: Trajectory, P.O. Box 655, Frankfort, KY 40602. Please enjoy Issue 18.
